For sledders there is a 2 km long piste in Villars over 200 vertical meters difference, accessible by train. The more adventurous can also try the sledge route in the neighboring Les Diablerets. Over a length of 7.2 km and over 560 m difference in altitude, this route promises intense and unforgettable toboggan fun. The Villars sports center offers many activities in summer and winter: tennis in the hall, ice skating, ice hockey, squash, fitness, swimming in the indoor pool with children's pool.

Villars-Gryon has been awarded the Swiss "Families Welcome" seal of quality, making it the ideal destination for families. In Villars-Gryon, more than half of the pistes are designed for beginners and intermediate skiers. So it's a ski area where kids and skiers can feel comfortable learning and perfecting. The ski area of Les Diablerets, with the exception of the difficult piste Combe d'Audon in the area of the Glacier 3000 and the red pistes of Meillerets, is also very suitable for beginners and advanced skiers. In the valley station of Villars, a free ski kindergarten has been set up for the novice skiers. Although it is free, the practice area is equipped with all the necessary equipment for beginners to feel comfortable: 2 conveyor belts, 1 drag lift, 1 snow carousel and 1 rope lift.
